results in less engine revs to turn the turbine wheel so the turbo comes in at 1300 revs rather than 1800 revs.
Plus the mechanical fuel pump re-calibrated for fuel and timing at lower revs.

50% increase in power down low , no lag and 20% more power up high with no effect on fuel consumption
